1. INTRODUCTION
Cancer has been and continues to be treated and cured worldwide in countries where economic and political considerations do not restrict an individual's right to freedom of choice for medical treatment.
Our cancer treatment program requires strict adherence to your physician's instructions for diet, supplements and vaccines, which must be followed exactly. It may mean a radical change of lifestyle for you. It may not be easy at first but the rewards of recovery and health will ease your hardships. Remember, it was something in your previous lifestyle, perhaps your diet, stress, toxic substances, abuse of your body, or negative emotions that caused the cancer to grow in the first place.
Simply attacking the cancer is not enough. The very conditions, which allowed the cancer to grow, must be changed. The environment in which the cancer lives is your body. It must undergo a radical change creating conditions, which are not conducive to the growth of cancer. If you have cancer, your immune system is deficient and the cancer cell, whose job when activated is to multiply, will continue to try to create conditions conducive to its growth.
Cancer cells are extremely mobile. When attacked in one area of the body, they move to another to find a more comfortable home. It is your job to make sure that no such place is available. All your systems, organs, blood, bones and tissues are intricately and complexly effected by each other, even your emotional states will have a great bearing on your well being.
This booklet is not intended to be a guide for self-treatment. It is provided by your treating physician who employs our protocol. New research and discoveries are constantly being incorporated in this program to improve the speed and quality of recovery for cancer patients. As new information is received, this booklet is updated.
IT IS CRITICAL that you follow the instructions in this guide and those of your physician EXACTLY. You must never deviate from. the program without consulting your physician. 4. BLOOD TESTS & CANCER MARKERS
Your blood can tell your physician very important things about your condition and greatly influence what is prescribed or not. Certain tests, known as "cancer markers) will allow early detection of malignancy, assessment of prognosis and evaluation of changing tumor growth or destruction. From the book, "Cancer Markers" by Sally Wolper we find this information:
... Remissions ... are not just wishful thinking, they are the results of scientific achievement -- and much of this is due to sophisticated testing.
"Some of these tests can detect the probability of cancer as much as 5 to 8 years before it becomes a tumor. These pre-cancer tests can also be useful in monitoring on-going therapy, Metabolic or Orthodox.

5. MUSCLE TESTING
Physicians have found a very simple and accurate method to determine if you are allergic to any food or substance or if that substance might be harmful to you. They call it "Muscle testing." It is also known as "Kinesiology". it is so simple that many people find it difficult to believe it actually works. Do not be fooled by the simplicity - Muscle Testing is not a superstitious ritual - it is a scientifically proven procedure.
Muscle Testing is critical to your therapy. It will insure that you ingest or inject no substance or food that may be harmful to you. You must Muscle Test everything. As your condition changes, so might your body's reaction to various foods and substances. Just because you test "good" on a substance today, does not mean it won't be harmful to you tomorrow. ALWAYS TEST EVERYTHING before ingesting or injecting.
Physicians recommend muscle testing be done in one of 2 ways: (1) using a recommended simple device, which measures the strength of your handgrip or (2), the procedure listed below.
The instructions listed below are a concise and simple Muscle Testing procedure for you to use. To be completely informed, please read the book: YOUR BODY DOESN'T LIE by John Diamond.
1. Stand with your right arm relaxed at your side, raise your left arm out to your side and hold it parallel to the floor with elbow straight.
2. Have a friend face you and place his left hand on your right shoulder to steady you.
3. Have your friend place his right hand on your extended left arm just above the wrist.
4. Prepare to resist having your arm pushed downward. Place your right hand in the
center of your chest with your palm flat against your chest.
5. Have your friend Push down on your left arm quickly and firmly. The idea is to push just hard enough to test the spring and bounce in your arm. Not so hard that the muscle becomes fatigued. It is not a question of who is stronger, but of whether the muscle can lock the shoulder joint against the push. Notice how you resist, how far down your arm goes. This is your baseline measure.
6. Now take the food, injection or supplement you wish to test in your right hand. Hold
item against the center of your chest.
7. Repeat steps 1 through 5.
If you are unable to resist and your arm goes down easily or lower than your baseline measure, it means the item is not good for you - DO NOT TAKE IT.
If you can resist with equal or greater strength as when you tested without anything (your baseline measure) then substance will not harm you and you may use it.

6. MERCURY
In 21 years of treating so-called "terminal cancer patients" we have never seen a case where patients were not contaminated with mercury.
The current dental practice using amalgam fillings is evil. The amalgams contain 50% mercury, one of the most toxic elements in the world. This has been known since 1920.
Over 12,000 plus articles prove the highly toxic results of mercury amalgams.
The Mercury Paralysis the lymphocytes, the part of the immune system which is responsible for collecting the cancer microbes in the bloodstream and feeding them to the red blood cells for their destruction.
The older a person gets the greater the toxicity. Persons chewing gum are exposed to mercury vapor from the amalgams. Breathing about 17,000 times per day, this mercury poisoning affects every part of the body. This explains to us why we see so much mercury in urine and hair samples in people with severe chronic illnesses.
Cancer, chronic fatigue, Fibromyalgia are but a few that can be attributed to mercury poising. We have also seen a case where the patient went blind, at a major university in California the patient was told she had hysterical blindness. The mercury levels were never tested.
We were able to discover industrial level of mercury. After her amalgams were removed and she was given 25 grams of vitamin C orally. In four months her vision was restored to normal.

7. DIETARY GUIDELINES
ALL FOOD, SUPPLEMENTS & INJECTIONS MUST BE MUSCLE TESTED FIRST.
EAT FOODS AS CLOSE TO THEIR NATURAL STATE AS POSSIBLE. Processed, adulterated and altered foods are diminished in their health-giving properties. THE IMMUNE SYSTEM CANNOT BE SUSTAINED BY DEVITALIZED, DEAD FOOD.
EAT ORGANICALLY GROWN FOODS AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. Foods grown on

READ FOOD LABELS CAREFULLY.

MAKE MEALTIMES AS ENJOYABLE AS POSSIBLE. Take the time to relax and enjoy your food to help digestion.

13. ATTITUDE
Just as important as your diet - your mental attitudes and emotional states are critically related to your recovery and continued health.
Enjoy what you eat and make mealtimes pleasant. Take your time. Chew well and slowly. Pay attention and savor and enjoy the flavors and textures. Be grateful. Make your environment as pleasing as possible. Let the light in, invite your friends to mealtimes, and put up new curtains, a painting you like, make it clean. The food you eat is critical in your recovery - how you eat your food can affect how your system utilizes it.
Many cooks will swear that using the same ingredients, the same amounts, and the same recipe they will get different results. The recipe prepared when they are angry cannot compare (nor do they receive the complements) with the same meal prepared with joy.
Maintain positive thoughts and feelings. Use all your strength and cunning to eliminate you're negative emotions and thoughts. Take at least 1/2 hour each day as your special, quiet time to meditate or pray, leaving all your worries behind and concentrating on, that which is positive and helpful. Training your mind to focus on positive thoughts may not be easy. Treat your negative thoughts and feelings as the devil - be a warrior and win.
Remember to laugh each day: "A heart that is joyful does good as a curer. " Try to find something joyful in what may appear as tragic. No matter whatever anyone else thinks - if you hear and listen to the "beat of different drummer" - follow your bliss.,
Research has shown that certain chemicals, endorphins, are released in the body when we laugh. Many health care professionals suspect that many positive, health-giving effects of joy and laughter are as yet undiscovered. Norman Cousins, in his book "Anatomy of an Illness as Perceived by the Patient," tells he watched old comedy movies and laughter to combat a life-threatening illness. He believes laughter played an essential part in his recovery.
Researchers have proved that our posture, facial expressions, thoughts, and emotions all have a real effect on our body's health and recommended that when we experience pain or illness we can help make beneficial changes to our immune system by simply simulating joy and happiness in our body language. It appears that even though we might not really feel happy the result is that through smiling, standing erect, whistling while we walk" and other bodily expressions of happiness, many systems in the body are receiving messages of health and begin to follow those instructions.
In addition, the benefits of "useful movement" of the body are being studied. While just exercise has certain beneficial effects on the body, activities such as gardening or any body movement which also has a "useful and helpful purpose" either to oneself or for others, may prove to send even more beneficial messages to our bodies.
Many worshippers, after singing with heads held high, arms swinging and raised upward, in expansive expressions of joy and gratefulness, experience a sense of well being and a glow of health. No one yet has found any toxic side effects to the practice of smiling, laughing or "jumping for joy." Could it be that if we took the time each day to express happiness through body movements and expressions (even if we don't "feel" like it) we might improve our health and later really feel the joy of well being?
It may be helpful to create for yourself a short and simple prayer or affirmation to memorize and use whenever you find yourself bombarded by negative thoughts or feelings. One patient, who is now fully recovered, wrote this for himself:
"At this moment I am alive and have many things to be grateful for. My body quickly eliminates anything harmful that it encounters and I now imagine and feel exactly how I would feel when I first realize I am truly in perfect health. It is a feeling of incredible relief, unbounded gratitude and intense desire to enjoy and maximize each and every moment of my life. With each breath, thought and action, I thank God for this great and glorious gift of life."

14. EXERCISE, FRESH AIR & SUNSHINE
Exercise, fresh air and sunshine are prescribed for very important reasons. These things are not just "something you should do." They are things you MUST do. The speed and completeness of your recovery can be directly affected by your moving or not moving your body, the quality of the air you are breathing and the amount of sunshine you receive on your body.
Stretching
Each morning, after you have been awake for a short time and have moved about a bit, take 15 minutes to stretch. Depending on your condition, you may or may not be able to stretch your entire body. Stretch as many limbs and joints as you can, slowly and without experiencing pain. There are many books you can obtain to show you simple and effective stretches.
Beginning yoga stretches are highly recommended. You may want to consider visiting a physical therapist to assist you establishing a routine that is best for you. In addition, always change your position and stretch if you have remained in one position for 15 minutes or longer. Most animals do this instinctively - watch a cat. Unfortunately, so many of our jobs or lifestyles do not encourage varied movements so that all parts of our body are utilized throughout the day.
Keep your entire body flexible. Stretch and move your toes, legs, hips, arms, fingers, neck, spine, etc. Stretch your facial muscles too. Make funny faces.
Stretching in a swimming pool is a wonderful way to begin increasing your flexibility and many people whose bodies are particularly inflexible find stretching in the water the easiest way to begin.
Walking
Here's where you'll get 2 benefits: exercise and fresh air.* Walk at least twice a day outdoors for 20 minutes. While you are walking, do some deep breathing where the air is fresh and clean. Keep your head up, enjoy your walks, and build up to where you are walking briskly with a "happy gait."
Fresh Air
Now that you've gotten your daily doses of clean fresh air on your walks, try to improve the air you breathe inside your home and workplace.
Advanced Movements
When you begin to feel more comfortable start adding different kinds of exercise to your daily routine. Many recreational activities such as swimming, badminton, Ping-Pong, even horseshoes can be beneficial. Keep as active as possible. Get a stationary bicycle and pedal away while you watch a favorite TV show.
Sunshine
Sunshine on our bodies helps us to metabolize and better assimilate many needed nutrients. Remember Vitamin D? The sunshine vitamin? Get at least 10 minutes of sun on your entire body, both front and back daily. (Only 5 minutes on each side if between the hours of 11:00 am and 2:00 PM)

15. PERSONAL HYGIENE AND YOUR ENVIRONMENT
Many cosmetics and cleaning products contain substances, which are carcinogenic or toxic to our bodies. Use products which are as natural as possible.
Avoid permanent wave solutions, hair colors, toxic hair sprays, synthetic cosmetics and especially lipsticks made out of coal tar dyes and antiperspirants with aluminum ingredients. Use natural cosmetics. Use only non-allergenic natural deodorants. Avoid cleaning solutions, solvents, paint removers, and insect sprays.
If there is a microwave in use - leave the room while it is on. Avoid prolonged exposure to radiation emitting items such as computer video screens, color televisions and electric power lines. DO NOT USE ELECTRIC BLANKETS. Research has shown increased incidence of cancer with persons using electric blankets. You may heat your bed with an electric blanket but turn it off prior to getting into bed. If you use a heating pad, instead of an electric pad, use a hot-pack which, you must boil in water first.
Keep your home as clean and free of dust and mold as possible. Avoid carpets they provide a great home for mites and pollens.
Remember also that noise can also affect your health. Make your household environment as pleasant and peaceful as possible.

16. SUPPORT
Avoid negative people. Associate yourself with supportive, loving friends. At this critical time in your life you do not need to be around people who do not support the therapy you have chosen.
Do not deal with people who do not agree with the choices you have made.
Find people who do support you. Reach out to friends and loved ones. Many cities have cancer support groups or uplifting and inspirational activities you can participate it.
If you find your new diet difficult, perhaps signing up for some natural foods cooking classes may help. Your local health food store may also be a source of support and networking along with your fellow church members.
We will also provide you with cancer survivors you can team up with. Survivors make great companions since they have been there.

17. AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE ABOUT ANGER
It is imperative that any anger, hostility, resentment, or strong negative emotions be IMMEDIATELY dealt with no matter what the cause of your negative emotions, problems or stress.
You must search and identify the underlying problems causing these feelings. These negative feelings and all the associated emotions are highly destructive to your health.
Negative emotions will feed your cancer and can increase tumor markers dramatically, sometimes as much as 200 points per day. It does not take long to reach, the point of no return, DEATH.
Whatever has happened in the past is over. It is irretrievable - it is beyond your control. All your hatred, all your wishes and all your negative emotions are as water over the dam - IT IS OVER. YOU HAVE TO LET GO. YOU MUST MAKE PEACE - YOU MUST FORGIVE. You must put it aside and move on.
Failure to let go of hate, anger, hostility, resentment, or past pain will not hurt you. It will kill you.
You must treat negative emotions as vile poisons, which feed your cancer and are guaranteed to cause your death. Those that you hate, feel anger or resentment towards, will in the end bury you.
Of twenty-one women who came to me with Breast cancer Seventeen cases were due to anger from their husbands or boy friend. The situation was if you cannot resolve your problems and remove the anger. Then get a divorce. Those ladies that got a divorce are alive and well. The others died within six months after returning to the same negative, hateful environment
Therefore, from this moment on, you must resolve all your negative emotions or problems once and for all. You must NOW call on every survival method you have or search out new tools to deal with and rid yourself of negative emotions. Where there was hate, anger or hostility there must now be love, peace, compassion and healing.
Live life now - live each moment to its fullest measure. Forgive and forget. The clock is ticking and death awaits.

18. PAIN MANAGEMENT
NEVER ALLOW ACUTE PAIN TO CONTINUE WITHOUT NOTIFYING YOUR PHYSICIAN.
Two non-toxic methods of pain management and reduction employed by OUR physicians are pH management pH management is explained in this section please also see the Biomagnetic therapy.
In many instances, a change in urine pH will bring relief from pain. The pH of urine is an indication of its acidity or alkalinity. pH is expressed in terms of a numerical value with 7 being neutral (neither acid nor alkaline; less than 7 is acid and greater than 7 is alkaline. Virtually every body activity - the quantity of fluids taken in, the metabolism of food, the amount of physical exertion and even one's emotional state and the time of the day - can alter the degree of acidity of urine.
Urine usually has a pH of about 6 (slightly acid) but can normally range from 4.5 to 8.
Phenaphtazine paper provides an instant method of determining urine acid-alkaline pH in the 4.5 to 7.5 range:
1. Obtain a small sample of urine
2. Tear off a few inches of paper from the roll of phenaphtazine paper.
3. Dip the paper into the urine, shake off excess fluid and IMMEDIATELY
compare the color of the dipped paper with the color chart on the paper roll
Dispenser.
Your urine is ACID if the color of the paper matches a color on the chart, which is less than 7.
Your urine is ALKALINE if the color of the paper matches a color on the chart, which is more than 7.
Eating cranberries will cause an acid reaction. Lemons (even though they seem "acid") will cause an alkaline reaction.
If your urine is ACID: Take 1 Tablespoon of fresh lemon juice in 4 oz water, 3 times daily until pH changes.
If your urine is ALKALINE: Take 1 Cranberry Plus tablet (or 1 Tablespoon of concentrated cranberry juice pure, nothing added, no sugar) in 4 oz of water) 4 times daily until pH changes.
Remember. Most cancer pain is caused by feeding the cancer sugar or other prohibited foods. HONEY IS POISON

19. REST AND RELAXATION
Try to maintain regular sleeping periods. Notify your physician if you are having trouble sleeping.
Take some time each day for relaxation. At least half an hour daily do something which gives you enjoyment and produces peace, calm and contentment for you. This may be a quiet time you spend in your garden, listening to music you enjoy, puttering in your workshop, reading a favorite book - whatever your particular joy is.
The more activities you can involve yourself in which are positive and enjoyable, the faster your recovery will be.
During the day observe your body. Are you tense? Are all your muscles relaxed? How can you change your position to make yourself more comfortable and relaxed?
Many people have found swimming or yoga helpful.
Laugh every day three times per day it builds your immune system.
Hug and kiss each other, it builds your immune system, it's simple to do and a joy to receive.

20. REMOVING TOXINS
ONE SALT BATH DAILY
Take a hot salt bath every day to increase circulation and encourage the discharge of toxins. Place and mix 2 pounds of sea salt into your bathtub. The water should be as hot as possible. Soak in the tub for as long as you can or until the water becomes cool. Make sure that your entire body is exposed to the salt water.
ENEMAS
Your physician may prescribe coffee enemas for additional removal of toxins. Coffee enemas will markedly decrease nausea. Caffeine from coffee, when taken in a retention enema, enters the liver directly through the colon's portal vein, and stimulates that organ to excrete toxic substances into the bile system. The periodic build-up in the liver of toxic materials may largely account for nausea. Whenever you begin to feel sick to your stomach, take a brief coffee enema and the nausea virtually always will abate.
Place 3 Tablespoons of ground coffee in 1 quart of water in a glass or stainless steel container.
Bring to a boil and turn heat off immediately. Let steep for 5 minutes.
Place mixture in enema bag - it should be as hot as you can tolerate on your skin.
Place bag 30" above floor. Lie on left side on floor with your knees drawn up. Hold the valve switch.
Allow coffee to enter, as much as you can hold.
Wait 1 minute until distension (fullness) is gone.
Take in more coffee. After 3 minutes on left side, roll over to your back.
Stay on your back for 3 minutes and then roll onto your left side. If you must evacuate, do so.
You may initially only be able to take a few ounces. Build up to 1 quart per day, once daily.

21. ORAL SUPPLEMENTS
Your individualized program and protocol may include taking many oral supplements daily. Some patients may find their program includes taking what they consider an impossible number of pills every day.
Patients have reported that what seemed impossible or significantly annoying in the beginning became almost a pleasure because taking the supplements with their influx of nutrients brought such increased feelings of strength and well being.
The supplements prescribed, like every other instruction you are given, are crucial to your recovery. You must never miss or forget to take a single supplement. This also means you (or someone assisting you) must be responsible for making sure you always have the needed supplements on hand. Never wait until the last minute to refill prescriptions or purchase more supplements. Make sure you have an adequate supply of all your prescribed supplements. Don't assume that your pharmacy or supplier is always going to have what you need on the shelf when you need it! PLAN AHEAD!
